We do not charge against it but is held as  a guarantee.
A booking will become valid only  after you have received our conformation for this booking.
Because of the intimate size of our accommodation, cancellations affect us significantly.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours  before check in or if no show then one nights tariff will be  charged

For bookings during the period 01 September 2011 to 31 October 2011:
100%  of the total booking price will be charged if cancelled within 90 days of arrival date .

We will make every effort to  rebook and if successful we will not charge you.
